The new show on the block for Mr. Rhys is now Elmo’s World.

Now for those of you unfunky peeps who didn’t watch the cool shows when we were kids, Elmo is the red monster in the Sesame Street.  

Elmo’s World is actually good and educative and Rhys is riveted when watching. He actually also mimics the actions of what the kids on the show are doing, especially when accompanied by song. So at the moment, ‘Lala and Po’ i.e. Teletubbies has taken a back seat and we are so grateful.

Now its, “Mommy, Elmo (comes out sounding like omo at times)”, looking at me with his beautiful brown eyes that you can hardly resist saying yes to him. But when I am in a serious mode, those eyes won’t move me, especially when I am watching something like…. ooh, Johnny Bravo! He’s the man.
